My name is Keifer Rogers and as “The Hunting Consultant”, I am all about building strong relationships and providing personalized solutions for you my customer. I am here to partner with you every step of the way ultimately lessening the learning curve while ensuring that your hunting journey is as smooth and successful as possible.

I am just a small-town Pennsylvania kid that became an adult-onset hunter getting introduced to the lifestyle and sport at 18 years old thanks to my best friend. The problem was that we “didn’t know what we didn’t know” so as a new hunter I learned the hard way making mistake after mistake as I embarked on that journey of becoming a hunter. This led to 7 unsuccessful seasons before ever harvesting my first Whitetail Buck, which now knowing what I know I could have saved myself a lot of heartaches and hard lessons learned. Sound familiar?

I found as I started to Invest in my knowledge base and learning from those better than me who were willing to teach the pieces started to come together at an accelerated rate. That meant letting go of my ego and pride, I dove down the rabbit hole of relearning to shoot my bow, I started testing new tactics, planning out of state trips, tag application strategies, and mainly I saved COSTLY amounts of TIME in the field compared to those first 7 seasons.

Fast forward I moved to Colorado in 2020 to learn from the best of the best and become and western big game hunting guide, it rang true when I personally harvested my first bull elk just 2 Hours into my first day ever hunting elk and I beat the odds doing it with my bow. This wasn’t just luck this time, even though I was new to western game I had other guides to ask questions from, I had reps in the field that summer watching animal behavior but most importantly a willingness to learn what “I didn’t know”. Since then, I’ve guided over 100 hunters personally in Colorado, Wyoming, Texas and New Zealand spending on average over 6 months a year in the field honing my craft. In 2024 my guided hunters had their best year and were 100% on opportunity rate at harvesting an animal.

The other time spent outside of the field, is ultimately what led me to start this small business. Training, shooting my bow, preparing for season, gear testing, consulting with hunters about all of the above and genuinely wanting to help as many fellow hunters avoid so many of the mistakes, I made early on in my career not knowing any better. Couple that with over 20+ years in customer service and a passion for people what better way than to build my life around helping others and this is exactly why you’re here. I’m here to help you gain experience faster than I did, from bowhunting prep, DIY hunt planning, choosing your first guided hunt and what to expect, all the way to personal gear recommendations my goal is to speed up the process for you.
